"We stayed here for three nights as part of our tour, and we were delighted with our stay. The hotel itself is obviously not a 5-star resort, nor is it a cheap run-down bed, but it is everything you need when you have come to experience Hanoi. Its location is perfect in The Old Quarter – you’re basically surrounded by local resturants/bars, street food vendors and within walking distance of Hanoi’s best attractions. The rooms are spacious enough with a comfortable bed, the staff are lovely, and the breakfast in the morning is quite generous. For the price we paid, 5/5 from me and would stay here again on return to Hanoi!"

"Stayed for 3 nights, found the hotel staff to be excellent. Could not do enough for you, our baggage was lost and they kept us updated with airline. Our bag was found 1 day later and the staff contacted the airline for us and had our bag delivered. Nothing was to much trouble. Breakfast was more than adequate, found the room and bathroom to be spotless. Good location and honestly for the price you pay for this hotel cannot complain."

"This is a great hotel for those that might be traveling on a budget. My friend and I stayed at this hotel in late August and we were very happy with our experience. Hotel staff were friendly and were quick to meet our needs. The hotel is centrally located and near Railway Street which is must if you have a chance. Breakfast was excellent. Rooms are a bit small, but they are clean and well maintained. Along the street, there are a lot of restaurants, cafes, and bars to hit up after a long day."
